Pool Side

This is all I have been doing all weekend and Monday, and will be doing the same on Tuesday!  Our office has been closed due to floodding damages.  I am sorry I have not had any new updates.  I hope you are all having a great week.

Much, much better day.  My legs are not causing me to cry or question whether I really need to go to the bathroom.  I can actually go to the gym today! Yayyy!

Outfit Info:  My “shirt” dress came from H&M.  Yes, my dress looks like a shirt, and it probably is, but I bought it in a much larger size so that I could wear it as a dress if I wanted, and that's just what I did.  H&M is currently having an amazing sale.  Sandals are so old, but I know I got them from Macy's.  My jewelry is from Juicy Couture…you can get the necklace here and the bracelet here.

Peacock

Hello World.  My legs are literally killing me.  I worked out with a trainer on Monday, and now I can barely walk.  I thought yesterday was bad, but today is even worse.  He did warn me and said that I will be walking funny, and yes I am.  The 1st picture of me with my leg on my other leg, I wanted to die when I did that.  So I hope you enjoy it.  Today is the first day of summer.  However, it’s been feeling like summer in GA for a while now.  Hope you have beautiful weather wherever you are.

Outfit Info:  This lovely Peacock jumpsuit came from a little store at the mall.  It’s called Mix and Match.  They are not fancy or even have a website, but they sure do carry SOME cute stuff.  The fact that this jumpsuit was even long enough for me was a hit….SOLD!  You can get a similar one here -- here or here.  Did I tell you how much I just looooove jumpsuits?  I loooove them.  The Denim vest also came from that store and you can get a similar one here -- here or here.  I couldn’t decide how many bangles to put on, so I put them all on.

Outfit Info:  These skinny jeans came from (drumroll please)….Walmart.  My coworker came to work and showed them to me…so of course I asked her to pick me up a pair.  They are so very comfy and so very cute.  I don’t like that it has fake pockets because I am always looking to tuck my hand in.  But oh well.  For the price, you cant beat it.  This was bought last year during the winter, but you can still order them online Here.  Shirt from NY & Co. (they are currently having a great 50% off everything sale).   My double beaded bracelet and necklace I got from a flea market in NJ.  You can get a similar here and they have the cutest single beaded necklace here, I also bought this one from Macys twice because it changed color.  So I would not recommend it.

Tropical Day

Hello lovies.  Hope you all had an amazing weekend.  I sort of did.  I had a great time Saturday.  Kids and I spent the entire day by the pool.  Those kids are like fishes.  They love, love, love the water.  I love that about them.  I think they got that from their father because I only love the sun :)  I am a few shades darker.  You will have to take my word for it because I can't show you my tan lines (wink).

Outfit Info:  My beautiful Jumper came from NY & Company and my bangle as well. When I tried on this jumper, I tried it in my size.  And while it fit okay, it was not the look I envisioned when first saw it.  So what I did was I tried it in 2 sizes bigger and WHALA...a perfect fit.  So don't be afraid to get something a size or 2 bigger.  You want to look good in what you are wearing, no matter the size.  The Platform Sandal came from Target.  OMG, when I first saw them (green) I fell in love.  I ran over there and was praying they had my size.  AND THEY DID!!  My necklace was a gift from a friend who knows I love green.  We both loved it but hated that it made so much noise while walking.  So the fix to this was make it shorter.  I tied it around twice and it was perfect.  I no longer sound like I have cow bells around my neck.

Outfit Info:  Jeans from TJ Maxx.  Yes, I am a Maxxinista.  I love TJ Maxx, where you find brand names for less.  These sandals I bought years ago only because they were yellow and cute.  Not at all because of comfort.  Why am I still wearing them? Um, because they are yellow and cute :) Here are some cute yellow wedges.  Shirt from Forever 21. I can live in that store.  And while I am not 21, I sure can make some Forever 30s out of some of their clothes.  Yes, I am in my 30s.  There, I've said it...I know some of you are surprised (wishful thinking).

White Jacket_White Skirt_At the Same D@&% Time

Goooood Morning!! Happy Wednesday!!  They tried to kill me at work yesterday.  I had not worked that hard in a very long time.  But I love busy days at work.  It makes the day go by much faster.  After work, kids and I went to see Madagascar 3.  I was falling asleep throughout the entire thing.

About my outfit today:  White skirt from the Gap.  White Jacket from JCP.  Tommy Hilfiger Wedge Sandals, which are no longer available, but you can get similar ones here.  I wanted to try the all white look for a while.  Whats funny about this outfit is that none of these pieces came together, yet I have a white skirt set that I could have worn.  I have no clue what I was thinking.  I could have saved this skirt and jacket to pair with something else.  Oh well.  Have a wonderful day :)

Crazy About You

Yes, I am, crazy about my shoes.  I just love these Evangela 2 - B Cheetah Pony by Jessica Simpson.  They are so comfy and sexy.  What more can you ask for in a shoe?  My lovely dress I got from F21 and wore it Here.  I think next time I wear this dress, I will put a little bit more effort and make it look more fun.  Maybe by changing the belt and adding some great accessories.

Yayyy, its Thursday!! One more day for this week to end.  Hopefully, you all have been having a great week.  I am looking forward to the weekend and lay out by the pool.

My lovely flower dress came from Filene’s Basement a few years ago.  The sandals I happen to bump into at some cheap store in NJ (the State of all kinds of cheap stores).  They were so perfect for the dress I bought it and didn’t think of comfort.  Thankfully, they aren’t cruel to my feet.  These days, I look for comfort and then cuteness when it comes to my shoes.  Back in the day, it was the other way around.
